Loan Outside of Shares and Savings

Borrow for any purpose at attractive rates of interest using combinations of items accepted as collateral by the credit union. These include:

Motor vehicles not older than 10 years old
Cash surrender value on insurance policies
Savings at other financial institution
Selected listed shares on Jamaica Stock Exchange

Interest Rates:

When using external funds e.g. using funds on deposit at other financial institutions - 15%
When using other items as collateral e.g. motor vehicle, listed shares, insurance policies, property - 14%
